I’m extremely disappointed with my experience during a visit with Dr. Tsai in February 2025. During the appointment, I casually mentioned that I had experienced a minor fall four months earlier. Despite the time that had passed—and with no ongoing severe symptoms—Dr. Tsai recommended an X-ray. What’s more troubling is that Dr. Tsai gave me the impression that the X-ray would be covered by insurance, without explaining that it could be denied due to the nature and timing of the injury. Dr Tsai communicates clearly and generously. He explains both the injury and his process of treatment. His approach is practical and caring.

I mentioned to Dr. Tsai in August of 2024 that i needed an MRI to get a better look at the pain in my wrist. He said that from the X-ray he could see what he needed and that to come back when i’m ready for surgery in a few months. I went back in december and he told me he thinks he should schedule and MRI…. Just to then find out that my wrist is fractured.

Highly recommend! Doctor Tsai-Lung took his time explaining my options regarding my injury and thoroughly demonstrated my exercises to avoid surgery. I wish I could give more than five stars.
