This doctors office is a joke! Can’t get them to answer the phone, more than two weeks of going back and forth about a prescription, that still hasn’t been refilled! Had to go down to the office to talk to them for them to say we will give the message to the doctor. Still no prescription! Something that is needed! If you value your health I don’t recommend this place!
Very caring doctor. Have had him for 10 years and absolutely appreciate the care I have always received.
Office staff is horrible here. You will never get a call for a follow up appointment, ever. They never respond to rx refill requests. Their "virtual" visits are a joke, Dr Jones will tell you he wants labs and changes to perceptions but you will never get a phone call. 3 or 4 weeks later you will have to call them and then get treated like an idiot.
He is doing a great job
Dr. Jones was thorough and very empathetic which is rare in doctors today. Going to Dr. Jones was a pleasure.
