Changing Dr ASAP...this Dr is never available when needed...made an appointment for a physical and then they called to change it and make me travel all the way to Victorville when my appointment office is literally 3mins away from where I live...I wished I would've changed Dr sooner
Poor service from staff. Very rude and no follow up
This place is the worse between the not answering the phones and dr. Jones having a superiority complex you’ll be better self treating or going anywhere else and I do mean anywhere else
I had a great consultation with Dr. Jones. He was very attentive, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and made me feel heard throughout the entire appointment. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions with patience. I truly appreciated his compassionate and professional approach. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for a knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.
