The owner is a straight up crook. 1st he advertised a car he didn't have, and tried to say he didn't know. I bought the car, and he charged Cuyahoga County tax, even though I was Summit County. He charged over 500 dollars in Doc fees and didn't even order me a license plate. He made up a new bill of sale, removing the doc fees in it, even though I'd already paid it. Stay away from this vermin!! You'll be glad you did!!
Came to tow my car and helped us take it to a few different locations until we found an open mechanic on Sunday. Friendly guy although I didn’t catch his name
Not sure how business was a year ago but this dealership and it's mechanic shop are ran ILLEGALLY and the owner wajdi is a sneaky, selfish person. Worked there for 6 months and he is disrespectful to his African American employees and is reluctant to help African American people with 100% honesty and respect💯DO NOT SHOP HERE
Bought new battery for car. However O'Reilly Auto refused to change the battery due to the Make and Model of the vehicle, battery location and an overall fear of working on a high end luxury vehicle claiming it was a liability issue after advertising that they change batteries and credit you for the core! Was told to come to TSA, went straight there, they changed battery immediately without any lengthy wait time and I paid cost to change battery, went back to O'Reilly (who acted surprised I was back that fast) for my core cr... read more
