T&S RV Bryan,Texas location. I would tell you that communication is horrible to non existent. You cannot speak with the person you called most of the time. If you get a call back you will be extremely lucky! Once you are past Sales, The customer is not made a priority! They do not communicate at All both internally and externally. Our sales process was easy peasy. This is the 2nd RV we have bought from T&S. We had a rough experience at the Navasota location for service with our last camper, so when this one had to go back for a few minor warranty fixes, we took it back to Bryan hoping for a better experience. WRONG. Its been with them for over a month with little to no communication. We have had to reach out to them every time and there is never an update. Up until a recent service experience, I would have given this place 4 stars, but not anymore. The service dept. is a joke. They never return phone calls and if you can actually get one of them on the phone, they'll just make up excuses and lie to you. I was given work orders for items i never even mentioned, was given the run around about my repair list and come to find out almost 10 weeks later, no parts were ordered, no repairs made. I'll take my business elsewhere.

T&S Rv (Bryan), while purchasing my RV they where on point, prompt and very helpful. After your purchase is when the problems start. The management and service department are horrible. They will not help and will not call you back. The service department will cover up problems and find the cheapest route to attempt any repairs. I know first hand. They failed to look for and find the cause of the problem and covered up the damages leading to more damage and a very costly repair they would not help with. Claiming the Rav was b... read more

First of all, I called to see if a unit was available on their website. Raelynn answered the phone and confirmed it was. We told her what we wanted, what we had for a trade and was ready to make a deal. Within 15 minutes we confirmed that it was everything we wanted as Alliance had a mid year model change, and she confirmed the trade. We lived in Mass and she told us “no problem” we can arrange transportation. She sent us videos, kept us informed, finance was done the next day!! We scheduled the PDI, and transport.
