Travis Jacobs responded to my request to examine and repair a leak in my roof which had been fully replaced 3 years ago. Mr. Jacobs examined the underside of the rook from my attic crawl space. He examined the roof and found the point where the leak had occurred through faulty workmanship of the previous roofers. He repaired and replaced shingles over the place where the leak had been. Travis was really professional and did an excellent job on the roof installation. Really good guy to get along with and went above and beyond to get everything fixed.
