Purchased a pool robot, pentair prowler. It did not function when it arrived. No reverse unfortunately. Now stuck in a crappy warranty situation with pentair. I will have to pay a service person to “diagnose” the machine before they will do any warranty repairs. Out 400$ and a non functioning pool robot. This is the first bad review I have ever submitted.
Very good customoer service and attentive to my questions.
Called and made a purchase, fast, simple & he was very professional.
Vincent comes and cleans my pool and he is the absolute best I always know when he is not the one who cleans. I am very happy with the service I receive .
