Called to have this plumber out a few years back to replace a hot tap cartridge on a Roman tub. I didn’t want to damage the body as I didn’t have the correct tools and no access to hold the valve body. So I thought it be best to call a plumber. Plumber thought it would be a quick easy job showed up immediately and was nice old guy and he then started to damage the cartridge.
