Unprofessional and unethical. Lady boss lied to me claiming the tyre purchased is the same model as I currently use. Which in fact is a lower grade to my current tyres. She even pretended to compare the tyres to confirm it’s the same. When i found out, it was too late. Tyres has been installed, payment made. The boss even claims it’s the same. How can a professional tyre shop mix 3 tyres of the same model with 1 other model. If you need a shop that cares about your car and not their pockets… this is not the shop. Stay away.
