They are a great company to work with, very knowledgeable staff and they all take pride in their work. They trust the position they put you in and allow you to grow. As a result, TS is a great place to work and learn with Interesting projects with just the right level of responsibility to keep you growing. A ton of extra effort through committees to keep you engaged.

Terrible place to work Edit: TS can say what they want, but the pay for my position was a complete joke, (I currently get paid more than double what my rate was at TS for doing easier work). My manager and the upper management treated me with just complete disrespect from the very first day that I worked at TS. The hours were all kinds of messed up, I was told at one point I was expected to work overtime or I wouldn't have a future at the company. Been working at TS for about 3 1/2 years now. I've had more thank you's here in the past 3 1/2 years than 12 years at 2 prior companies combined. Great place to work!

I have worked with TS Manufacturing on multiple large scale projects and have always found their project management and attention to detail to be top notch! Their equipment is easily the best I have worked on and looks amazing, they always come up with smarter more efficient ways to achieve the goals and meet customers expectations. I can personally recommend these guys to anyone in the market for sawmill equipment.
