I personally worked with Jen Fox and Lindsey Moneymaker. Both were communicative and very helpful. Specifically, Jen did her due diligence and more to help resolve typical hiccups (not stemming from TS Executive) that arose. I'm glad to have worked with TSEA.
The service provided by TS Executive is fantastic! Jen Fox and her team helped with every step of the home-buying process, ensuring I had all the information I needed, understood everything, and felt comfortable. They handled issues that occurred due to the seller, even though that was not their responsibility. Their customer service exceeds all expectations! Jen and the team are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and just a pleasure to work with! They are the best!
I cannot say enough positive things about TS Executive Abstract in Maryland. This family owned company has the BEST customer service, but also- they get the job done 100%. Jen is fantastic. She is an attorney and answers tons of sticky questions for our clients. Jen Fox helped close on my client's house, Jen was recommended to us by one of real estate agent. Her service was more than we could have ever asked for. Jen was super friendly, supportive, and extremely professional. She responded to messages right away, answered her phone every time we called, and was overall a delight to work with. She was on top of things at closing and made the process wonderful. You will be in wonderful hands with Jen!!!
