I don't like to leave negative reviews but after accepting a rather simple electrical repair job and then not hearing anything for 10 days, I called Scott to make sure he was able to get the parts he needed. He informed me by text that he would now not be able to do the job because he was going away for a week. Were you ever going to let us know Scott? You left 2 senior citizens in a house with no heat downstairs!

Scott is a real pleasure to work with. He quickly fixed a problem that had stumped me in a matter of a few minutes. He also noted a problem with a wall switch that I hadn’t noticed and fixed it right away. And his charges are extremely reasonable.

I was up in my attic attempting to do some homemade electrical work. By the time i was done none of my kitchen lights worked. I tossed and turned all night til i sent out a plea for help on the T&S (Scott's) website. Unlike some contractors i've dealt with, Scott responded the next morning and, after he finished his scheduled work for the day, he callled and promptly arrived at my house.
