I called them with an emergency and they made room in their schedule to come out the same day. They showed up in the timeframe they provided. Both guys who were here plus the lady I talked to on the phone were all super nice. And the cost was less then i was expecting so I'd say they're reasonable with pricing.
We had 2 old electric panels (200/100A) in our house and the power lines were attached straight to the house. It was a rusty old system that caused our power to flicker every time there was high wind. I was looking for someone to add a generator connection to my house and electric panel. They did quick work and it was under the price they quoted me as they used an existing conduit. They also did a follow up as I was having a problem with the generator, my fault, not theirs. They showed me everything I needed to know.
We had a great experience with the crew from TS. They put a new service in our pizza shop to allow for air conditioning. We highly recommend them.
