Unfortunately, I would not recommend this contractor. He completed construction work in our garage, but the floor was graded incorrectly, resulting in water pooling inside the garage. For the past year, I have repeatedly contacted him to have the issue corrected. Each time, he says he will come back to fix it, but then delays, provides another excuse, and never commits to a firm date. CONTRACTOR FRAUD - CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FILED DO NOT HIRE. Paid $28,000 in full February 2025. Eight months later: 50% complete, abandoned. This is documented fact, not opinion. PAYMENT FRAUD: Brown directed $23,200 in checks to him PERSONALLY (not his business). Cashed separately over weeks. Bank fraud prevention called us THREE TIMES. Only $4,800 went to business. Tommy did a great job replacing my shake shingles in the front of the house and shutters. He kept me updated on the progress of the job and it now looks clean and updated.

If I could give Tommy ZERO stars I would! Tommy was horrible!! Hired him to an extension of the house that was supposed to only take 2 months according Tommy but that 2 months turned into 9 months! He was horrible. I caught him on camera multiple times peeing on my lawn and when he would use the restroom in my home there would be pee all over the toilet seat!
