I had a very uncomfortable experience at this mechanic shop. The owner, Terry, acted unprofessionally during my visit by repeatedly hitting on me and asking for my phone number instead of focusing on customer service. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into an awkward situation that made me feel uneasy. I expect professionalism and respect when dealing with a business, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would not return or recommend this shop based on how I was treated.
I’ve taken my car to T&S Auto multiple times, and every experience has been solid. Terry, the owner, runs the place with real integrity—you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, not just another job ticket. Terry is sole proprietor.. he is honest, hard working and so reliable.
Do not go anywhere else. Terry is friendly and fairly priced and he does not upsell. Doesn’t take too many appointments at a time and gets your car in and out in a timely manner.
Terry is a great guy and is very fair priced - i highly recommend using his service - i know him over 30 years - gid bless
