I’ve been calling them for months now trying to figure out what’s going to happen with the services I already paid for. The phone rings and it goes to a voicemail that is full. I just want someone to call me and let me know if they will reopen or if I can get a refund.
I’m a regular client and haven’t been able to get through via phone to schedule an appointment. It’s been days, no calls answered, and voicemail is full to even leave a message. Please get it fixed!
Ambiance is calming and relaxing, and extremely pleasing to the eye. Sounds are kept to a minimum low and there's a constant flow of very zen music at a low volume, very soothing.
I've been seeing Kevin every month at Tryst Med Aesthetics and Laser Center Lab for about 5 months now, alternating between laser genesis and vivace RF micro needling. I've seen really amazing results with pore size, hyper pigmentation, and acne scars. Even my dermatologist commented that my skin looked very improved
Extremely unprofessional med spa! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money. I had a dermal infusion done here by Sarah who was inappropriate, unprofessional and quite inexperienced. I will not return here and encourage you to avoid this spa as well.
