Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights under 3 different names with a book now pay later promise through **********. They were fantastic to work with and are still waiting for a reply from the hotel 2 weeks later. Was charged 5 days ahead of time for the whole stay for 2 of 3 rooms on my card that was for the room hold. When I called and said I wanted the one room taken off my card they gave me a hard time, told me they always take the full amount in advance and if I didnt get them the other 2 credit cards numbers, by 3pm they would gi... read more
I booked a room here and upon arriving they did not have the room I paid for. They did not offer any compensation and I have been trying to email and speak with the manager in which he has not returned or acknowledged any of my emails.
If I could leave a 0 star review about this place, I would. When we initially booked the hotel, we booked the spacious family suite which was advertised as having 2 queens, a bunk bed, and a pull out couch. When we arrived at almost midnight, the front desk clerk proceeded to tell us our room was no longer available and they had to downgrade us.
