This place is such a gem to have downtown Tryon! There are lots of drink options available, from smoothies to protein shakes, teas, and other health-boosted drinks and products like protein powders and protein bars. The owner is very knowledgeable about the different products and can help you find your ideal drink or products based on your goals. The good Wi-fi is also a huge bonus!

So glad to have this place so handy! Refreshing energy teas are super hydrating and what I like best are the meal. replacement protein shakes after my workouts - 24g protein, 21 vitamins & minerals, 6g of fiber and only 200-300 calories! With flavors like Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake and White Chocolate Raspberry, choosing healthy never tasted so good! This place has such a cool vibe, you can also buy crystals!

I have enjoyed my shakes and teas. I buy a combo and then have a shake for 1,day and my tea for the next day.. Yes give their products a try for at least a week. I know I feel better and cravings have stopped

I love this place! The energy teas and protein milkshakes are the bomb! There is free WiFi and comfy places to sit. Today I'm having the Christmas Snack Cake protein shake! Also I am gluten free and they can do that too!
