Excellent customer service and the son does excellent lashed and brows one of the best in the city
Terrible experience at this beauty supply store on 02/18/2025. They charged me $610.93, but the cashier had to manually input all the prices... I didn’t realize the mistake until I left the store. When I returned, they refunded me, but then demanded the original amount again without any form of compensation for the inconvenience. The only thing I got was a half-hearted apology, with the cashier brushing it off by saying, "mistakes happen."
