I've known Rick since the late 70's or early 80's. So I figured he would be a great guy to work with. I started talking to him about installing cameras on my house at around June of 2023 they finally installed them in November. In between that time, he gave me 6 installation dates, no call, no show. Installed our camera system has been faulty since day one install in December 2020 took them few weeks Holidays and all to get out there and fix it it constantly glitches out paid 1600 because it is supposedly under a 5 year warranty we try to contact them they never get back with us said if it kept doing it they would come back and hardwire it but it would be March this is now mid march and they still haven’t gotten back in touch and my husband and I have both left messages. I wish I would of just got night owl system and p... read more
