Very Bad experience, should not be used for major events, 4 hours to try to by 2 Airshow tickets. Major sponsors please read
Horrible experience. Tried to book Richmond Air show single ticket. Started 8 minutes from 10am ticket release. Sites repeatedly teases you with countdown and resets. Am still on at 1:49pm) after 2 countdowns and reaching #1 in cue only to be put back to 13 thousand and something. Unrealistically constant reduction in the cue suggests its not real data. Disgusting way to treat people. Businesses AVOID this company for your tickets!
Unbelievably bad ticketing platform. If you are catering for more than 10 tickets where more than 2 people might try to purchase at once, go somewhere else
Terrific platform and I can highly recommned them. Whenever there is an issue, they are very helpful. Been with them a few years now and cant say enough about how good they are.
