First time trying Trybe this past Saturday as a beginner. I notified them it was my first time and got on the bike. Class was a bit intense and now 3 days later I’m in the ER diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis with a severe pain on both thighs and receiving fluids to avoid damages to my kidneys. Rhabdomyolysis is extremely common when cycling and it’s important that first time people become aware of this before thinking of signing up for a cycling class. It’s definitely not for beginners.
Trybe cycle is truly incredible! I have tried other cycling studios in the valley and none come close to Trybe. The coaches make you feel like part of the trybe family, and are always there to help you with even the smallest concern. Overall trybe is 1000/10 always!

Trybe is a second home. The community here is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming for a while and I have not just seen my body transform but my mentality and the ability to push myself has changed incredibly. I love every single thing about this place. The instructors and riders are family! Couldn’t recommend a better place to grow
