Fantastic customer service. Called around to other bike shops to see if they would assemble my brand new e-bike and had difficulty finding anyone who would except try bike. Brought it in and a week later it was fully charged and assembled and works great. I highly recommend this bike shop!!

I didn't know much when I first walked into TRY, and Tiago never once made me feel like that was a problem. That's rarer in bike shops than it should be. He built my Felt tri bike and did my fit, and both are dialed. But what keeps me coming back is everything around that. He'll talk through workouts with me, answer whatever I throw at him about Ironman prep, and he's invited me out on group rides more than once. He races himself, so it’s not theory. It's a small shop.
