Great service! Tiago even met with me after hours due to my schedule to get everything setup. Highly recommend if you are new to cycling or very experienced.
Tiago has taken great care of my bike ever since I started down this journey of multiple repainting jobs, with multiple rebuilds and tweaks. It has been a lot more effort than anyone else would do for a 2012 frame! But Tiago has given me great advice and support the whole way through. And she rides like a dream now!! Finally, I'm so happy that all the decisions and hard work are done. So thankful to have this great bike shop just right around the corner from my home. Thank you!!
I am so thankful that I found this bike shop! The owner is super helpful and answered all of my questions about the new bike I had. He showed me several features about the bike that I was unaware of and showed me how to properly care for the bike. I got a tune up and new tires and I’m very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. I appreciate all of the help and I highly recommend this shop for all Of your bike needs.
Fantastic customer service. Called around to other bike shops to see if they would assemble my brand new e-bike and had difficulty finding anyone who would except try bike. Brought it in and a week later it was fully charged and assembled and works great. I highly recommend this bike shop!!
Gave good advice and even some small tools to help me with my repair job!
