Love this office space! It's bright, spacious, and perfect for getting work done. There's a full kitchen, clean bathrooms, meeting rooms, private and shared office spaces all of which are well maintained and clean. The owners are fantastic and easy to work with. Couldn't be happier—definitely recommend it!
My company has officed out of Forest West for 3 years now and it’s been the best office experience by far. They let me build out what I needed and the location is right next to all the magnolia area business services I need.

We have been renting here since 2020 amazing people to work with and laid back owners who work with you. Hard to find a place to lease near The Woodlands and Magnolia for the price. They have a huge community room that seats 100 people which is really cool to rent when needed.
Great affordable offices with shared conference, lobby and kitchen. Very quiet space with lots of parking.
