Just had my first class was absolutely awesome. Brandi and her husband are such a help. Especially with helping you reach the goals that you dream. They are very encouraging. My coach is also such a huge help and modifies to my needs.I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone.
I really like the welcoming and supportive owners along with the staff. The classes are top notch and the coach is very helpful. As well as accommodating and very knowledgeable. The added bonus is the kids room! Lots of different things for them to do and has a big window to ensure your child is safe.I highly recommend especially if you want a challenge from your every day workout.
It’s a great gym. The classes are incredible. Greg my Friday trainer is great. If feel like stopping he keeps pushing you, because he knows you’re making progress and cares about your progress. The whole staff is great! You can’t afford not to at least try this gym.

It's hard to find a team that cares, and that's one thing that stands out here: THEY REALLY CARE! I was worried, but that worry is now gone! This was just what I wanted!
