I did an introductory session with them and it's a very nice place. Update: I have been doing workouts with a coach for over a month and I an feeling great. I several months in now and have seen vast improvements in my strength in mobility. I am I am still doing personal training sessions but I have also added in one class a week to round out my training. I have now been with this program for over a year. I am stronger, more flexible and overall more healthy.

Coach Ty is more than a work out coach, she’s a confidence builder and an inspiration. I was so anxious to work out, especially In front of others but coach ty made me feel strong physically and mentally. I was down and out and coach Ty has brought me back from the dead and for that, I am so grateful for her and TRVFIT

I’ve been attending TRV|Fit Berkley for a handful of months and have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I’ve participated in a workout. Between the community, the coaches, the different programs, the gym setup, etc. - all aspects drive the feeling that this gym is a special place and something I’m fortunate to be a part of. As someone who typically lifts alone, it’s been a major positive impact to join the gym alongside others in their respective fitness journeys.
