Since I already belonged to credit Union West during covid the credit union said what they called shared banking or you could go to a different credit union in network and perform most of the same transactions operations that you would be able to perform at your own credit Union it was very convenient but I think they no longer have this service
Alexis Castro has been very helpful and knowledgeable
The worst TruWest branch I’ve visited. Poor customer service. Not helpful. Refused to communicate. Treated me with suspicion even though I’ve been a TruWest member since 2014. Will never go to this branch again.
