The worst TruWest branch I’ve visited. Poor customer service. Not helpful. Refused to communicate. Treated me with suspicion even though I’ve been a TruWest member since 2014. Will never go to this branch again.

Vantage west has awesome customer service they really care about the people that have an account they offer a financial wellness class that gave me insider knowledge of how to increase my credit score and how to use credit to help my future and have financial success! I highly recommend becoming a member.
