Extremely unethical business practices, even for a bank. Do not do business with this TruWest, they would not honor an account bonus after meeting requirements and continued promises that it would post to my account month after month. There are too many banks out there to do business with when TruWest is unwilling to give out such a small sum of money even after the requirements were met. Stay away, they are not worth your time.

Terrible experience don’t use this credit union. I’m with another credit union which is a shared branch and they refused service I just needed to deposit cash and they told me they don’t do shared branches anyone which does not seem accurate

Trying to get ahold of a person via phone at this credit union is impossible. I had to drive to the location for a simple question that could have been answered if they picked up the phone. I was 22nd in queue to be put on a recording after I got to #9 15 minutes later and had to hang up. 2 tellers were free and chatting when I arrived.

Please do not use this credit union. Even if the rate you get for the car loan is amazing. I had a car loan with them and paid it off within the first year, but the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. While a few call center staff were knowledgeable, most were not able to answer my questions correctly and often gave me inaccurate information. Something as straightforward as paying off a car should be simple, but instead it required multiple calls and endless runarounds. Do not bank with them.
