This is a very nice credit union. The people in there are absolutely wonderful and so very helpful to me. On this day I went in there to do shared banking. That means if you belong to another credit union out of another state or in another town, you can do it through this credit union and they are more than happy to help you get money if you need it in a pinch like I did. Rude employees that don't even try to be nice. No thank you. Nothing. Policies are up to each location (according to the main location in AZ) and some are worse than annoying. It's like they don't want customers. Can't wait to get our new bank set and move my money out of there.
I had such a horrible experience with card services, after changes were made to my account during Covid. I felt like I was banking with criminals and thugs. I will tell you, Victor, in card services, whoever he is demonstrated immense integrity and due diligence in working on my account to make sure it was handled correctly. I am in disbelief by some of my prior experiences with their employees. Calling at 10:30 at night leaving aggressive, threatening voicemails. Sounding drunk.
We have had no problems with truWest, untill our vehicle was totaled. To get an actual person on the phone.. Good Luck! We continue to be transferred, leaving voicemail, etc.. How is it this company thinks so little of it's customers? What ever happened to Good Customer Service? We have been at this for 2 weeks now. I really, really hope an actual person ( who's Not going to transfer me) will see this and call us back.
The customer service is abysmal. I'm so glad we never have to do business with this institution again.
