For two months, I have either been completely out of internet service for hours or it continuously goes out just whenever it wants to, and then comes back on. The fact is it happens every single day it’s been happening every single day and you know what I had to pay you for that full month, even though I didn’t get the service I paid for. When I first signed up everything went pretty well & I've been a customer since they first came to our area. When our area got hit by the storm on 6/7/25, a tree came down on the power pole and line in my yard, which proceeded to take my power and internet off of the side of my home. Georgia Power was out the very next day putting a new pole and transformer back up, then my electrician got the power head, panel box installed on Wednesday, 6/11/25 and GA Power came right back out that night and got my power back. I am paying for 1 giga, but the speed I am getting is only 13.6 megabytes. I reported several times, but the problem still exists. Checked on May 8, 2025, 9:40 PM

Services is good so far.I didn’t go for the top notch plan.But my plans works great.no buffering or cutting out.my suggestions to company the Sub Contractors being use.Needs to have badges ID and truck or cars with label as Subcontractors.proper tools.like covers we had to drill a hole in my floor all he had was caulk (Clear) a Cap or something for wire pass through. If the door slams on the cable going under my house.service will be out.Got home today and box laying ground.Contractor use no anchors
