Internet goes out once a month like clockwork and they'll never give you an eta on a fix
Had them come and set it up on Friday by Saturday morning its was so slow I called windstream and told them I would keep their service instead. They tell you they will give you a free month but I wouldn't use it is it was free for ever
So far the internet is good but too soon to tell, This review is more from the point of sale to the installation... Let me tell you, Amber from the start... focused on what our needs were for internet, didn't over sell, undersell, wanted to make sure we had a great experience and wasn't left regretting the move over. My internet went out over a week ago. I called customer support. I waited 15 minutes only to get a very confused woman on the line. She didn’t know what to do other than unplug it and plug it back in… after 15-20 minutes more she tell me I’ll receive a call back later that day or tomorrow with a more knowledgeable technician. Well that didn’t happen and this process repeated for a week before finally the last guy just told me my situation “seemed very annoying” but all he could do was update my ticket and hope a technician w... read more
