My internet went out over a week ago. I called customer support. I waited 15 minutes only to get a very confused woman on the line. She didn’t know what to do other than unplug it and plug it back in… after 15-20 minutes more she tell me I’ll receive a call back later that day or tomorrow with a more knowledgeable technician. Don't let them fool you or have salesmen try to say their fiber is so much better. Its not!! I switched from Windstream and have so many more outages and they can never give you an idea of repair time. Twice its been multiple day outages. I will be switching to another provider ASAP! Update, they did get things restored I can appreciate the speed and price is great. I just think tech repairs needs to be more knowledgeable about estimated time of repairs since we have experienced many days its out and working from home and lo... read more
Service is good, customer service good, and better cost per month than Xfinity.
I am giving 3 stars because of billing issues. The internet service has been great. But billing department can't seem to find the 2 payments I have made online. I am a new customer and have never gotten a paper statement. They have stopped sending them our unless you want to pay 5.00 for them.
