You solved the problem with kindness, patience, and understanding. She was relieved knowing everything is good to go. Oh, "George" says hello.
The man that helped me today was super friendly and amazingly helpful. He made things very easy and I was in and out of there no problem. I believe his name was Chad. Great customer service.
So far I've had nothing but trouble. My Wi-Fi will not stay on and they keep saying it's fixed but it's not. I got first month free but what was the point. It hasn't hardly worked in the 3 weeks I've had it. If they can't seem to get the problem fixed I'm gonna go back to Mediacom.
