Signed up for this internet on July 30th, was told by the first salesman that we would go live in Leesburg in October! October came and went and no sign or communication from Truvista! Had another sales rep come and tell us we would installed on 12/22/25…no one showed up! I called the office in Tifton and they verified I had an account and should have been connected on 12/20/25!! I have yet to get WiFi whenever my initial install appointment was on the 4th of this month. The trench has been dug and the fiber is in the ground. I haven’t heard back from anyone else I have called multiple times and they keep telling me the same thing. I work remotely and I’m getting tired of using my hotspot.

If you use automatic payments, make sure to turn them off at least two months before discontinuing your service. I returned my equipment at the end of my billing cycle and called to cancel, yet I was still charged for two additional months. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since, but all I’ve gotten is the runaround.

I had some questions about my service and everyone I talked to before Chad just wanted to sake me something. Chad took the time to explain things to me about what I had and why I should change services from what I had to fiber and nerve made me feel like I had to do anything. You don’t find customer service like that these days. Thank you Chad, I’m loving my new and improved Internet!
