The internet service itself is not bad, but compared to competitors, the download and upload speeds are pretty minimal for the price they charge. Updated review: TruVista couldn’t be bothered to try and help my mom. Now she is having to cancel a doctors appointment tomorrow because they couldn’t get a technician to her house today. Due to an issue THEY CAUSED. Wow! I am advising her to find a different internet provider. Original review: Terrible first impression.
