Lightening took out our line or modem on Friday. We called and were given a case number and customer service was great. Today when we called back to see when a tech would be out we were told it would probably be Tuesday… 4 days for a simple utility repair? No techs scheduled on the weekends? Very unprofessional. Windstream had amazing response time and a cheaper monthly fee. If you have the option I suggest going with another company.
