We have had truvista for years. I'm very hurt. We have had bank fraud twice We are disabled seniors in constant pain. Our bills have built up to 600.00 and will be800.00 we have hosp. Bills surgery We are home bound. We need cable. But truvista hasn't bothered to care. Only money. Our service gone why keep paying. I loved this company. We have major health problems and very sick. We don't have a way to pay for something we aren't getting. Getting no help.
Best install guy I’ve ever seen Cedrick was top of the line got my Internet installed quick and made sure everything was working like it should he kept me informed on his time of arrival and great communication recommend him to anybody
it's so terrible.... do not count on this internet for working from home or playing games online it just lags constantly and goes on and off daily. I am now paying $95 a month for 500mb(was 250) and it's still just so awful.
The worst signal, the worst customer service. Overcharges for services we never used.
