Would rate 0 stars if possible. We are now in hour 6 without Internet and without ANYONE from TruVista actually giving us any indication of when we will be back up. The kicker is, it is a BUSINESS not residential. We have had to call them multiple times trying to get some sort of help or answer and are consistently getting a run around of "That person isn't in today" or "They are currently busy". 6 hours + as a business now, unable to actually do business, actively losing money due to no phones, no computer, and no ability t... read more
Employees inside polite and helpful.
Good luck getting ahold of them, they won’t pick up the phone or answer a call if it’s 25 minutes near closing time.
Service was very good.
