Good luck getting ahold of them, they won’t pick up the phone or answer a call if it’s 25 minutes near closing time.
Service was very good.
My cable was severed due to a new patio being put in I called technical support two days in a row and no one can tell me when a technician may or may not show up. Why would the customer service people not have a schedule of where and when their technicians will be on a job?
Mr. Alexander is the best at giving you the answers to your questions. He has assisted me with several problems with my internet as well as my email.
Customer service is horrible if your one month behind they disconnected you
