This was the second time I have gone with TruVision for a windshield and I was 100% pleased with the service both times. They are mobile, so I didnt have to do anything, they came to me and had it done in less than 30 mins, and the price was better than anyone else in town. Highly recommended!!
Please fix your listing if you can. TruVision has not been in the Grease Monkey parking lot (found at 15006 Hwy 99 98087 in lynnwood) in 15 years but we (I am a Grease Monkey employee) keep having people show up asking for TruVision and being frustrated that they can’t find it despite the listing saying it’s here.
Joel was extremely friendly and professional. Went above and beyond to replace my window on short notice and made an entirely separate trip at no charge to bring the correct window after I had provided him with bad info on my initial call. Will be recommending TruVision to anyone in need.
I was very impressed with the help I received today. I had called about 5 different shops before I called Joel’s shop and they all didn’t sound interested in helping me out the second I mentioned I have State Farm insurance. I am curious if all of the local glass auto shops have had some bad experiences with State Farm insurance. Joel came out on a rainy Saturday and repaired my cracked windshield quickly and beautifully. Best price in town as well. 11/10 Would recommend.
