Joel was professional and completely my window side door replacement fast. Only hiccup encountered is that now the anti-crush setting is activated whenever I open the window. He attempted to fix it but was unable to. I did call my dealership to reset the system but it didn't fix it. It is Inconvenient otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend! They have great communication, flexible, kind, efficient and amazing price! They quoted me $160 less than all other companies in the area and they came to my work to do it since I had to leave for vacation the next day. So grateful!!
Highly recommend! Joel and his team showed up when he said they would, and got the job done before I needed to leave for an appointment. Windshield Replacement looks great, and they did the ADAS recalibration which works as it should. Joel was polite, informative and professional.
Joel was able to fit in both a windshield replacement and camera calibration as well as a second vehicles chipped glass within a few days of calling. He was incredibly communicative and was able to get the job done much faster than we thought. We walked to a food truck down the street while we waited and he called me just after we got our food. Someone shattered my rear windshield and TruVision was the only business out of the several that my father and I had called that could do same day repair. Joel was very professional and pleasant to work with. His work is quality. The cost of repair was less expensive than what other places had quoted and it took less time than I expected. TruVision will be my go-to should I need another glass repair.
