Do not trust this clinic with your pets. Their communication is completely unacceptable, and the veterinarian treats patients like an assembly line rather than living animals. When I originally brought my cat here for her physical exam, the vet was cold, but I trusted their medical credentials for a routine spay. No wonder there are so many 5-start reviews. Dr. K helped me with moving my dog from US to India. There are a ton of processes involved and Dr. K and the crew helped me with preparing my dog for the travel to be compliant with all the rules imposed by US and India. They also patiently helped me with my doubts and applied for an EU certificate on an emergency basis. I simply have to say that they are the best pet hospital in town.
Dr. K thought far ahead, not just for this one trip. She made sure Tao's EU vaccination history carried forward properly under US and Philippine requirements, and since the Philippines is high-risk for dog rabies, she set Tao up with a US-issued rabies certification before we leave — so future trips back to the US for holidays will be smooth instead of starting over each time.
