I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever! Clients went under contract in Nov. of 2021 with NO designer to help the buyers with selections, delays with finishes, no timeline for closing and barely got the CO in time for closing before the buyer's rate lock expired. Now 6 months after closing, we find out they didn't pay 2020 taxes! Perhaps the owner may have cash flow issues? There are plenty of other reputable, dependable builders, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
