I have been training with this professional weekly for about 3 and a half months. He has accurately identified and effectively treated multiple specific issues inherent with an athlete who runs six days a week. He has also enabled me to move faster towards reaching my previous running performance post hip surgery. Furthermore, he has esthetically improved my physique and strength by reactivating muscles that had gone dormant. 💥💪💯
