Customer Service Matters!!! I am disappointed to have to write this because the stylist does great work but when issues arise professionalism speaks. I had a scheduled appointment for 7 a.m. I texted, I called, even DM'ed on Instagram which I dont think is a suitable method of communication, but hey I did it. After waiting 53 mins, I left. Around 10 a.m, she responded back on IG apologizing, explaining what happened and asking if I wanted to reschedule.
