I had the pleasure of speaking with ****** **** this morning after I had to contact him because of one of his "independent contractors" failure to file our 2019 tax return. Let me give you some back story... We sent our relevant tax information to this contractor the first week of February!!! Contractors are not representatives of this company. I spoke with client, and solved the issue. I explained everything to client, and she wanted compensation for her "feelings", I told her we only prepare taxes, she did that for you. Services have been rendered.
