Really zero stars. They sell a crank opener with a small silver part that has fallen off and been lost on several of my windows. Absolute joke. Have to spend $30 on a new part because they won’t sell the single component. They obviously make the part (prob in China) but instead of a .50 part I have to buy one for $30. RIPOFF! Give a crap about your customers!
