Mary-Anne is a wonderful soul. She is so kind and has helped me in so many ways. I look forward to our sessions. She always knows what I need and how to guide and direct me in the right way! She is very professional yet so personable. I would recommend her in a heart beat!!!!

Saw two different counsellors to assist me at two different stages in my life. Highly recommend. Helped me gain perspective and gave me the tools to move past some experiences and accept my true self. Incredibly kind and compassionate staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary-Ann and her business. They provide exactly what their name says. Truth for life. Mary-Ann will help you find the truth in your situation, and deal with it so that you can move on with a healthy life. The truth is not always easy to hear, but she brings it across with love, making it clear that she does have your health as her primary concern. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner.
