Doing business with Alan was a pleasure; he’s a man of his word. Our first order didn’t come in exactly to spec, but he made everything right over the next couple of weeks. My wife is ecstatic about the quality and I’m happy that our custom organic his/her king mattress was barely more expensive than the standard alternatives from mattress firm etc.
