Ttutemp installed an additional head for a heat pump unit for us last year. They were prompt and the price was great.

I don't typically write reviews. If I do, I like to wait to make sure that I am giving an accurate review of the company and the service. With that being said. I would highly recommend Tru Temp. Back in Feb, when temps were -20, I had my furnace go out. It was after hours and everyone was closed. I was frantically trying to get someone out here but no one would answer or return my calls. Beware very unreliable and doesn’t stand behind their work! We had TruTemp put in our heating system and have had nothing but problems with TruTemp. Within a couple months we had a thermostat failure code and when we notified TruTemp they would not return any calls or messages. A bit later the thermostat would not work unless it was on auxiliary mode (which cost more do to using propane and no heat pump). Again TruTemp didn’t answer messages for over a month. TruTemp was the most professional best company I have worked with in a long time. They helped me on a Sunday night when my boiler was not working and then came a few weeks later to repair the boiler that was botched by someone else. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
