DO NOT buy life-safety equipment here. I purchased a Testo 317-3 (Order #703623), expecting professional-grade quality and support. Instead, I received a unit that was Dead on Arrival (DOA). Order the tool and placed it to be overnight. Called next day after receiving multiple confirmation emails and texts, only to be told by staff order hadn't been placed because I haven't responded (which I had). Told staff to cancel and staff was more then happy to cancel instead of help get the ordered placed. Won't buy tools from here, and dont recommend anyone else buy tools. I just wanted the order to be placed and any concerns resolved but if your unwilling to help and just resort to okay let me cancel that order.

I bought the Supco ZPB140 Port-A-Blaster Coil Cleaning Machine and it came defective right out of the box. It was leaking water from the inside and couldn’t build any pressure at all — and yet they say every unit is tested before shipping? Clearly not the case here. I live in the Dominican Republic and had to use a package forwarding company that charges by weight. I paid $54 just to get a product I couldn't even use. I ordered the CAT 85 Combustion Analyzer on Saturday and paid extra for overnight shipping. The website clearly stated the item was in stock, so I expected it to arrive promptly. However, by Tuesday, it still had not been delivered.
