I bought the Supco ZPB140 Port-A-Blaster Coil Cleaning Machine and it came defective right out of the box. I ordered the CAT 85 Combustion Analyzer on Saturday and paid extra for overnight shipping. The website clearly stated the item was in stock, so I expected it to arrive promptly. I had an extremely disappointing experience with True Tech Tools’ customer care.
