My apologies to Truetech tools, I wrote an earlier review that customer service is dead in America. I was wrong , I got a call from Trutech on 9/3/24 concerning my issue. It turns out that it was big misunderstanding on my part, it was the holiday weekend, and no one was in their office. I really appreciate the follow up with my issue, that is truly customer service at its best. I will continue to do business with Trutech tools, when it comes to purchasing my HVAC industry tools. TruTech Tools is a great company. I've been ordering from them for our business for years. They carry a wide selection of HVAC tools and are consistently below the price of our local suppliers. What makes them truly special is the way they take care of their customers. It is not often I've had a problem with a tools shipment, but they have always been incredibly responsive and taken care of me. We now buy all the tools for our service vans from TruTech Tools and are happy to be partners with them.
