I ordered the CAT 85 Combustion Analyzer on Saturday and paid extra for overnight shipping. The website clearly stated the item was in stock, so I expected it to arrive promptly. I had an extremely disappointing experience with True Tech Tools’ customer care. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on tools from them, but on multiple occasions, items were out of stock after I placed an order and didn’t ship for months. Purchased a CO Experts detector with the understanding from the manufacturer that product lifespan is to be determined by product build date, not the date the device is put into service. With this in mind, the device I received from TruTech was built more than 18 months prior to the purchase date, effectively reducing its lifespan by 15-20%. I realize TruTech cannot sell the device the same day it was built but be mindful of their inventory management as you too may receive an old device.
