I was upfront with the representative: I couldn't commit to the most expensive package. I asked respectfully if there were more economical or tiered service options available. I had a tech name Zach come and he was very professional. Punctual with time and he explained everythg and what to expect. I pray the issue with snakes is a thing of my past now.
