I came in with a splitting headache that usually stems from tension in my upper back and neck muscles. Susan worked absolute wonders. During the massage, I could feel the tension releasing, and by the end, my migraine was almost entirely gone, it truly felt like a miracle. I have a job doing heavy duty every single shift then I got a stiff back and my two arms could not lift high because the muscle of upper arms were in pain . I have heard about Helen from my wife many times so I went to her looking for a cure , the massages I have received were painful more like a torture , but after she took care of my back and arms , I regained my healthy body again after three times visiting her . I strongly recommend Helen to the people who work hard to keep you healthy !

Helen is a consummate professional and a very skilled RMT. I have gone for both deep tissue relaxation massage and massages for targeted pain relief. Each time I leave feeling refreshed and have found almost immediate pain relief. She is diligent to check appropriate consent, pressure levels, and any other considerations to give an effective massage.
