I have a job doing heavy duty every single shift then I got a stiff back and my two arms could not lift high because the muscle of upper arms were in pain . I have heard about Helen from my wife many times so I went to her looking for a cure , the massages I have received were painful more like a torture , but after she took care of my back and arms , I regained my healthy body again after three times visiting her . I strongly recommend Helen to the people who work hard to keep you healthy !
Helen is a consummate professional and a very skilled RMT. I have gone for both deep tissue relaxation massage and massages for targeted pain relief. Each time I leave feeling refreshed and have found almost immediate pain relief. She is diligent to check appropriate consent, pressure levels, and any other considerations to give an effective massage.
I have a regular RMT back in Scarborough but I since moved, looking for a closer option. I found Helen at Trusted Caring Massage on Google and the 5 star reviews didn't disappoint. Helen received me right away as I was just in time for my appointment and she got started working on my stiff shoulder. She found the tight knots on my one side and worked VERY hard to get them out. Both my wife and I have been several times, and we will continue to go here regularly. We have tried many different clinics, and this is where we've had the best experiences time and time again. Excellent, knowledgeable practitioners, who give a real therapeutic massage and cater it to your needs. Highly recommended. 2025 edit: we still come here regularly, three years later.
Helen and her team are friendly and professional. They always addressed my concerns patiently. The clinic was clean and comfortable. I was relaxed and had my back and shoulder soreness and pain relieved after the massage. Highly recommended to my friends and family!
