Had initial great overall experiences with Trusty Warns, until today... Trusty warns completely dropped the ball with their customer services experience and I will not be utilizing their services in the future.
Efficient, clean and polite, with higher quality pump than my old one which broke in 3 years.
Our home builder suggested Trusty Warns. I had not heard of them, and the builder assured us they were the best in the industry. After doing some reading on-line and talking with other builders it was clear these folks had carved out an incredible niche focused on high quality sump pumps and battery backup sump pumps.
