How are these scammers still in business? Terrible unprofessional attitude, will gaslight you endlessly, will not lift a finger after recieving your payment, and worst of all, will not even stand behind their work and correct their own filing mistakes. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
The charges are UNREASONABLE, the employee service attitude is HORRIBLE (Joann), and not very RESPONSIVE. Worst tax services in the area. Should be out of business long time ago.
Trusty Tax has been helping me for the past 10 years. The staff has been efficient, friendly and the cost is fair. I highly recommend Joann.
