I wish I had read more yelp reviews before hiring Jon and his "team" (aka his family members). Believe me, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Our experience started very pleasant during the bid meeting, however everything went downhill very quickly following. Late showing up, some days didn't show up at all, the quality of work was so poor. We are having to spend hours correcting the errors to make things look half way decent. I've used trusty painter twice. First in 2021 to paint a nursery. While the date was rescheduled once ( last minute), the team that came were fast, friendly, and did a fantastic job. The room looks fantastic, we're all really happy. In August of 22 we contacted them about painting my older daughter's room, and after no response we followed up in November. We had Trusty Painter‘s and their team come out and make repairs to the cracks in our ceiling plus a fresh coat of paint, the job was done by the time promised, it was done to our expectations, and our house was cleaned up with no mess or leftover debris.
Excellent service, they got the job done in the expected time frame, prices are reasonable, easy to work with. Definitely will call them in the future!
Awesome work for a great price! Showed up on time and as promised. Even gave great color suggestions. The final touches on our house look great. Trusty Painter is our go-to for painting projects from now on.
