NEVER answer the phone. NEVER open the hours they say they are. In a city where health care of any sort it hard to come by there needs to be a clinic that is actually available to people.

I had an appointment, and my doctor, “Dr. Ahmed”, is such a nice person. He is very cheerful and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He listened to everything I had to say about my concerns, even though there were many patients waiting. Still, he took his time, heard me out properly, and explained everything clearly. I recommend this walk‑in clinic to everyone. The girls at the reception are also very nice, and the staff at the pharmacy are great too.
