This was my first time using a walk-in clinic in Ontario, and I really liked my experience. I’ve been here 5–6 times for pre employment immunity , blood tests, and vaccines, and for everything went smoothly each time. The clinic is often busy, but all the staffs are really wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Most of the days I found clinic is busy with less chairs but still I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The receptionist was incredibly kind and took the time to address all my questions about my belongings with genuine care. I truly appreciated the clarity of her answers. Although I don’t recall her exact name, I believe it was Baljinder. Thank you once again for your thoughtful and respectful assistance; it made a difference during my time there.
